Our focus has always been on providing individualized patient care and serving the local community. Our team is comprised of local leaders who are highly credentialed physical therapists and strong support personnel who help provide outstanding patient experience. We strive to help our patients reduce pain, regain mobility, prevent future injuries, and improve their overall quality of life. We do this by developing individualized treatment plans and paying special attention to each's patient's unique goals. Our commitment to the Portland area doesn't stop inside the clinics; we also sponsor local sports teams and community events. We encourage our physical therapists to pursue their individual goals both inside and outside of their clinics!
Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a work history in hand therapy who is proficient in splinting and familiar with post-op protocols. Mentoring is available . As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
Functions / Duties of Position:
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Comfortable with walk-in patients to provide custom post-op splints
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA or AOTA curriculum
Current Oregon state physical therapy license and CPR certification
Strong patient care and communication skills
A desire to learn in a team environment and provide an e exceptional experience for patients
A positive attitude and desire to work hard and have fun while you work!
