This contract position is set for the current school year and offers a dynamic environment to make a meaningful impact on the developmental progress of diverse learners. Location: Sanger, California Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with occupational therapists and educational staff to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs. Provide hands-on therapy interventions to enhance students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities within the school environment. Monitor, document, and report student progress regularly, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute professional insights and ensure cohesive support services. Assist with the integration of therapeutic goals into classroom activities to promote inclusive learning. Qualifications: Current, valid COTA license in the state of California. Experience working within school settings, preferably K-12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students, families, and school personnel. Ability to work autonomously while contributing as part of a multidisciplinary team. Understanding of educational regulations and compliance as related to therapy services in schools.
