Set individualized goals and provide hands-on support to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and act as a trusted partner in your community. Qualifications What We're Looking For: Graduated from an accredited program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) . Valid state license or pending license for new graduates.
