Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Universal City, TX, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services to students throughout the school year on a contract basis. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of K-12 students in an educational setting near the San Antonio area. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Provide direct therapy and support services to students both individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as required Qualifications: Current state license or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Previous school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently Benefits include weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and compensation for both direct and indirect services.
