Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students' occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Provide direct occupational therapy services within the school environment. Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and adapt plans as necessary. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for school-based practice. Experience working with children and adolescents ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Familiarity with school-based therapy regulations, documentation, and IEP processes. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage caseload efficiently and adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs.
