Key Responsibilities:

Lead therapy sessions that focus on exercises to stretch, strengthen, and increase flexibility, aiming to restore joint motion and muscle strength.
Assist students experiencing developmental delays to achieve independence in tasks such as dressing, toileting, and feeding.
Address sensory processing and attention challenges to foster better focus and social interactions within the classroom setting.
Support students with behavioral disorders by teaching effective anger management strategies and coping skills.
Evaluate and recommend specialized equipment, including wheelchairs and communication aids, tailored to each student's needs.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's or Clinical Doctorate).
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
Proficient in documentation and report writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a positive attitude.
