Equinox Speech & Language Services, LLC is a small, SLP-owned company based in Southeastern Vermont that connects experienced SLPs with school districts in need of services. We are seeking a skilled SLP to join our team for the upcoming school year and provide services to a SAU near Langdon, NH. As a locally owned practice, we prioritize supporting out clinicians with the resources they need to thrive.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, W2 Position
  • $55 per hour
  • $1,200 Contract Completion Bonus
  • Healthcare Reimbursement Account
  • NH Licensure Reimbursement
  • Materials and CEU Budget

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations as needed
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions for students with a variety of speech/language impairments, including articulation, expressive/receptive language delays, AAC, and social communication disorders
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student needs

Requirements

  • Master&s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC-SLP
  • Current (or eligible) NH State Licensure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with school staff, parents, and other professionals
