• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and create personalized therapy strategies that help them accomplish their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living functions.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a thorough, integrative approach to care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate clients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to encourage ongoing progress outside of the therapy space.
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients remain on track with their rehabilitation goals.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
