Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school-based speech-language professional is sought to support early childhood development in a dynamic educational setting located in Sanford, NC, approximately 45 minutes south of Raleigh and 50 minutes north of Fayetteville. This contract position spans the next school year and focuses on serving a pre-kindergarten caseload. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to 45-50 early childhood students, addressing communication disorders and fostering language development. Collaborate with educators and other school professionals to create and implement individualized intervention plans. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the holistic support of students' educational experiences. Qualifications/Desired Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate. Consideration will be given to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) with relevant experience. Onsite availability during school hours, 37.5 hours per week.
