We're currently seeking a full-time permanent Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic hospital-based team providing outpatient pediatric rehabilitation services.

Job Summary:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving communication and swallowing abilities.

Collaborate with medical, educational, psychological, and social teams to support holistic patient care.

Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Use your creativity and clinical expertise to deliver engaging, effective therapy.

Potentially mentor or guide support staff and junior clinicians.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology

Familiarity with a wide range of therapeutic techniques and tools in pediatric care

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $70,000-$105,000, depending on experience

Sign-on bonus eligible $20K
