Neuro Speech-Language Pathologist- Full-Time/PRN
Location: Allaire Rehab and Nursing
Salary Range $40-60/hr

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments
Address a range of needs including dysphagia, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), cognitive, and language-based challenges
Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards
Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals
What We're Looking For:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of NJ
Current CPR certification
Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
1+ years of experience
