Job Description


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Seasons Behavioral Services. As an SLP at Seasons, you will work with a local school district to provide services to their students 5 days per week as part of their school based services. We are a team of passionate individuals dedicated to providing effective and compassionate services. We're committed to listening and learning to our clients and what their needs are. We are excited to get to know you and learn how we can provide you with the professional development you need to succeed at Seasons Behavioral Services.

Duties:

  • Treat all clients, families, and teammates with respect and compassion-Provide direct SLP services to clients
  • Collect data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to IEP objectives
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, including progress notes and incident reportsSkills:
  • Strong play skills and willingness to learn your client's favorite activities - Expertise in various speech therapy techniques tailored for diverse age groups- Excellent patient assessment skills to identify specific communication challenges- Ability to provide compassionate care while fostering a supportive environment- Experience working within school systems or educational settings is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues- Ability to provide patient-centered care while maintaining professional boundaries

Requirements:

  • A Masters Degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-ASHA) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association is required (CFs encouraged to apply!).
  • Current Massachusetts License in Speech Pathology is required.
  • One (1) year of experience is preferred.
