Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Seasons Behavioral Services. As an SLP at Seasons, you will work with a local school district to provide services to their students 5 days per week as part of their school based services. We are a team of passionate individuals dedicated to providing effective and compassionate services. We're committed to listening and learning to our clients and what their needs are. Duties:

• Treat all clients, families, and teammates with respect and compassion-Provide direct SLP services to clients

• Collect data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to IEP objectives

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, including progress notes and incident reportsSkills:

• Strong play skills and willingness to learn your client's favorite activities - Expertise in various speech therapy techniques tailored for diverse age groups- Excellent patient assessment skills to identify specific communication challenges- Ability to provide compassionate care while fostering a supportive environment- Experience working within school systems or educational settings is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues- Ability to provide patient-centered care while maintaining professional boundaries

Requirements:

• A Masters Degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-ASHA) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association is required (CFs encouraged to apply!).
• Current Massachusetts License in Speech Pathology is required.
• One (1) year of experience is preferred.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
