PHYSICAL THERAPIST or PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

South suburban metro Chicago hospital and Outpatient Facility seeks Physical Therapists or PT Assistants for full time (will consider part time) opportunity Monday-Friday.

Inpatient acute care and Outpatient opportunities available at Hospital and/or Outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Physical Therapist will provide direct screening, assessment, consultation and treatment services for inpatient acute care patients and/or outpatient patients PTA will work under PT supervision. Outpatient caseload may include off site facility.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, billing, schedules and other paperwork as required.
• Demonstrate flexibility and responsibility to assist when staff is absent and or workload fluctuates.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Schedule: prefer 5 days a week available. Monday-Friday. Prefer someone available for at least 6 months or longer.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist/Assistant as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation.
• Prefer PT/PTA with relevant experience in outpatient settings Inpatient a plus. Will consider new grad with strong clinical experience.
• Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.
