This full-time contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, beginning approximately August 11, 2025, and concluding around June 5, 2026. The role involves supporting speech therapy services across a diverse student population and managing a caseload of 60-70 students. Key Responsibilities: Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in providing speech and language interventions to K-12 students. Conduct therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student communication goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid SLPA certification or licensure as required by state regulations. Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within a K-12 educational environment. Strong knowledge of speech-language development and related intervention strategies. Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining detailed records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with educational regulations and IEP processes is a plus. Work Schedule and Location: Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week. Located in Pendleton, Oregon. Contract duration aligned with the school year. Compensation: Hourly pay range: $30-$45, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
