What You’ll Do:

  • Implement individualized therapy plans designed by the OT
  • Assist patients with exercises and activities that build strength and confidence
  • Monitor and report patient progress clearly and accurately
  • Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies
  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation in compliance with policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with active state license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping others reach their full potential
