• Oversee program operations, including accreditation, budgeting, faculty hiring, and curriculum development .

• Ensure student success by monitoring retention, supporting at-risk students, and maintaining an 80%+ success rate .

• Supervise faculty, coordinate clinical placements , and evaluate student performance.

• Maintain compliance with ACOTE standards and submit required reports.

• Teach courses as needed and foster a collaborative learning environment .

Master’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent for international degrees).
Graduate of an accredited OT/OTA program (CHEA or U.S. DOE recognized).
5+ years of OT experience , including clinical practice and administration.
2+ years of teaching experience at the postsecondary level.
Active Texas OT/OTA license (or eligibility).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
