Position Description : Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with our client that is located in Land O'Lakes, FL.

Job Description:

• As an Occupational Therapist, you will work in a dynamic outpatient setting, providing care to a diverse patient population, including both pediatric and adult clients

Job Requirements:

• Education: Masters degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• License: An active or eligible Florida license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Experience: New grads are welcome! Experience in outpatient, pediatric, or adult therapy is a plus, but we value passion and commitment to patient care.

Job Qualifications:

• Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities.
• Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
• Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed.
• Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Direct Hire
• Salary Range: $60-$65/hr.
• Location: Land O'Lakes, FL.
