Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on respiratory care and therapeutic interventions in a fast-paced rehab environment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to develop patient-centered care plans
• Monitor ventilator-dependent and trach patients, conduct assessments, and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and home equipment

Respiratory Therapist Requirements:;

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) in Utah
• BLS and ACLS certification (required)
• Experience in acute or post-acute rehab preferredbut not required
• Strong clinical judgment and a team-first mindset
