Location: Pembroke, North Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

A full-time opportunity is now open for a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Pembroke, NC for the 20252026 school year. In this role, you'll help students develop the functional skills necessary to thrive in the classroom and beyond. Your work will play a critical role in supporting student engagement, independence, and academic achievement.

• Provide occupational therapy services to K12 students in a school-based setting

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Address students fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional needs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support IEP goals

• Offer both direct therapy and consultative support to ensure student success

• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and help shape student goals and accommodations

• Promote inclusive practices in the classroom and school community

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina

• School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

• Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered care
