School-Based Occupational Therapist (Open to COTA) Prescott, WI Area

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant ) to join a supportive district team serving PreK and Elementary students .

Position Details:

• Assigned to 12 schools

• Caseload: Approx. 57 students in self-contained/severe classrooms, plus general education consults

• Primary focus: Fine motor skills development

• Service delivery: Combination of push-in and pull-out sessions

  • Pull-out: Students taken to their ID Room for more intensive support (severe needs)

  • Push-in: Services provided in general education setting or therapy room

• Supervision provided (per district guidelines)

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin OT license or COTA license

• Experience with pediatric populations preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
