Part-Time School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Southeast/South Central Wisconsin
Position Type: Part-Time (12 days/week; 7.515 hours/week)

Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a Wisconsin-based organization to hire a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to support a school district.

• Schedule: 12 days/week, typical hours 8:00 AM4:00 PM

• Caseload: School-based caseload model

• Age Range: Varies by district (K12 possible)

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations

• Develop and implement IEP goals

• Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and staff

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students

• Maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with state and district regulations

• Active Wisconsin PT License

• Active or willingness to obtain WI DPI (Department of Public Instruction) license for School Physical Therapy

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
