PT Duties:

• Conduct consults and evaluations to assess K12 students gross motor, mobility, and physical development needs

• Maintain and update IEP goals

• Work across adaptive physical education and life skills classrooms

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student access and participation in school activities

Schedule:

• Full-time, 30 hours per week (flexible)

• Schedule follows district's 25-26 calendar

PT Qualifications:

• Valid Connecticut Physical Therapy License required

• Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
