Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role in a supportive school district in Nobleton, Florida. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify students needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide direct treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and planning

• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all district and state requirements

• Promote inclusive practices and help create a positive, supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure through the Florida Department of Health

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Passion for helping diverse learners succeed
