Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Sumterville, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Sumterville, Florida. This is a rewarding opportunity to support K12 students in developing the communication skills they need for academic success and daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals

• Provide direct treatment for speech, language, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor and support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and services

• Document student progress and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

• Support inclusive learning environments and promote student engagement

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure through the Florida Department of Health

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply

• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
