Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Webster, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a licensed and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Webster, Florida. This is a rewarding opportunity to help K12 students improve their communication skills and access the curriculum more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess students' communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Support inclusive practices and contribute to a positive school climate

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure through the Florida Department of Health

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered

• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
