Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Monee, IL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Monee, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping K12 students strengthen their communication skills, improve academic performance, and gain confidence in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students unique needs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and promote skill carryover into the classroom

• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on speech and language goals while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress

• Offer strategies, resources, and training to support communication development across school settings

• Stay informed on current best practices in speech-language pathology through ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement, or eligibility for licensure

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to supporting the growth and success of all students
