Work Schedule: 32 hours per week
Caseload: K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12, addressing developmental, sensory, and motor skills needs.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with educational and clinical guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely records and ensure adherence to licensure requirements and school policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current Michigan COTA license mandatory.
- Experience working with children in a school or pediatric therapy setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners.
