• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies to help achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Techniques: Employ proven therapeutic methods to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functioning, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Integrate efforts with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Inform patients and their families about therapy techniques to bolster continuous progress outside of the clinical setting
• Document and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments accordingly to help all patients stay on their path to recovery

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to ongoing education and post-graduation certifications is both encouraged and supported

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
