This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, offering 25 hours per week with a schedule designed to support student needs effectively. Responsibilities include: Providing physical therapy services to students aged 3-22 within the school setting Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to promote mobility and functional independence Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state educational and healthcare regulations Position details: Schedule: Monday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM; Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM Duration: August 27, 2025, through May 2026 Caseload: Students ranging from early childhood through young adulthood Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or certification Minimum of two years' experience working in a K-12 educational environment Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student health and mobility during a full school year in a supportive educational setting. to contribute your expertise in physical therapy to enhance student well-being and participation in school activities.
