Physical Therapist - School Setting in Cambridge, MA

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract A part-time Physical Therapist position is available in a K-12 school located in Cambridge, MA. This contract role provides support to students aged 3 to 22 throughout the school year, starting August 27, 2025, and concluding in May 2026. The position requires 25 hours per week with a schedule as follows: Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to students within the school setting, addressing developmental and mobility challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches to student care. Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Valid Massachusetts State Licensure/Certification as a Physical Therapist. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a K-12 educational environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
