Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Rochester, MN (1 building)
Schedule: MondayThursday AM (approximately 810 hours/week)
Compensation: Starting at $55/hour (based on experience) Paid weekly
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for in-person/hybrid candidates
Start Date: 20252026 School Year
Work Format: Open to in-person, hybrid, or Remote candidates (Must hold active MN SLP license and have prior pediatric experience)

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide part-time support to a school in Rochester, MN . This role focuses on supporting the speech and language development of students through a combination of direct services, consultation, and collaboration.

• Provide direct and consultative therapy in accordance with student IEPs

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations , including articulation, voice, fluency, and language skills

• Develop IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings as a collaborative team member

• Maintain thorough documentation, progress monitoring data, and evaluation reports

• Work closely with teachers to observe and support students with suspected or identified speech and language impairments

• Deliver services through individual, small group, and classroom-based interventions

• Communicate effectively with students, families, staff, and external agencies

• Apply knowledge of child development , developmentally appropriate practices , and speech therapy best practices

• Maintain student records and contribute to program reviews and planning

• Must hold an active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Ability to provide effective, developmentally appropriate interventions in a school setting
