A Facility in Indiana Seeks a Traveling Physical Therapist

• Monday Friday schedule with weekend rotation 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• 10 12 patient visits per day
• Outpatient and inpatient hospital setting
• 80% outpatient care with 20% acute/swing bed care
• Float to acute care 3 times per week
• Outpatient experience required acute care experience preferred
• Ongoing coverage potential
