• Monday Friday, 8am 4:30pm schedule
• Mixed inpatient acute and swing bed rehabilitation setting
• Hospital-based position with multiple service areas
• Float coverage between acute, skilled nursing, and outpatient services
• Hospital or nursing home experience required
• 3 years medical setting experience preferred
