Facility in IN Needs a Traveling Physical Therapist

• Monday Friday schedule, 8am 5pm with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Average 12 patients per day in outpatient setting
• 95% outpatient care with 5% inpatient acute/swing bed
• Focus on adult orthopedic, deconditioning, and neurological conditions
• Occasional pediatric evaluations and reassessments required
• Post-graduate outpatient experience required inpatient experience preferred
