• Deliver personalized, high-quality physical therapy in patients homes
• Create and adapt care plans to help patients regain independence
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes
• Document progress and lead with compassion and clinical excellence

• APTA-approved PT program graduate
• Active, unrestricted PT license in your state
• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within your territory
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 50100 lbs
