A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the current school year to support PreK and Elementary students at a single-site location near Brighton, AL. This contract position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational setting focused on pediatric speech therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to PreK and Elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in healthcare and pediatric settings preferred
- Eligibility to provide services in schools and familiarity with school-based therapy
- Completion or current status in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
