Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K12 students in accordance with their IEPs.

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine motor, sensory, and functional needs.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional life skills.

  • Partner closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to integrate OT strategies into the classroom.

  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations.

  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Active OT license in any state (California licensure support provided).

  • School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are welcome.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
