Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Buckingham, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Buckingham, Florida. This position offers the opportunity to help K12 students enhance their communication, language, and speech skills, supporting both academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with targeted speech and language goals

• Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student participation and learning outcomes

• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy strategies as needed

• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements

• Provide strategies, resources, and training to staff and families to support skill development outside of therapy sessions

• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district policies

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
