You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated mental health nurses, consultant psychiatrists, therapy assistants, therapists and psychologists to deliver high-quality evidence-based care and improve the long term outcomes of our patients.
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to therapy teams, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor therapy service plans, protocols, and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior therapists and Therapy Assistants to promote professional development and effective teamwork.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and contribute to strategic service improvements.
- Manage caseloads involving complex patients and ensure compliance with clinical governance and risk management standards.
