Job Duties

- Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions focusing on areas such as communication, linguistic development, fluency, and swallowing issues.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless care for your patients.
- Engage patients and their families with informative resources and education, empowering them to enhance progress outside of clinical environments.
- Participate in inpatient therapy as needed, contributing to a holistic patient care journey.
- Maintain thorough documentation per state, federal, and organizational requirements, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified.
Certifications
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment.
