Job Responsibilities- Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and construct customized therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal recovery goals.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to augment patients motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living functions.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work in unison with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee holistic and comprehensive care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapy methods to ensure continued improvement at home.
- Track and Adjust Treatments: Continuously monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the right path.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Pursuit of ongoing education or additional certifications is encouraged and supported
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT certification is mandatory
