• 8-hour day shifts no call, no weekends
• 4 5 patients per day with 1:1 ratio
• Home health setting serving adult population
• EMR: Homecare Homebase
• OASIS experience required for start of care assessments
• Hospice experience required minimum 1 year within past 3 years
• First-time travelers accepted
• Guaranteed hours with minimal flexibility
