Pay: $42$52/hour ($87,000$108,000 annually)
Bonuses: $2,500 sign-on bonus + monthly performance bonuses

About the Role:
We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Stanwood, WA. This role offers a 50% aquatic therapy caseload and one-on-one patient sessions. Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, and neurological patients in both land-based and aquatic settings using state-of-the-art rehab equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy (45-minute sessions)

• Treat patients in both aquatic therapy and land-based therapy (50/50 split)

• Develop customized care plans for orthopedic, neurological, and post-op conditions

• Utilize modern aquatic therapy equipment and digital rehab tools

• Document patient progress using EMR and voice dictation

• Collaborate with PTAs and clinical staff to achieve patient goals

Qualifications:

• Active or eligible Washington Physical Therapist license

• CPR certification

• Strong clinical skills and patient communication abilities

• Aquatic therapy experience preferred (training provided)

• Open to new graduates and experienced PTs

Schedule & Pay:

• MondayFriday, no weekends or evenings

• Full-Time or PRN opportunities

• $42$52/hour ($87K$108K annually)
