Physical Therapist - as needed

Join our dynamic rehabilitation team where your clinical expertise and compassionate care make a lasting impact. As a licensed Physical Therapist, you’ll independently assess and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses using evidence-based practices. You’ll collaborate with other disciplines, supervise support staff, and contribute to departmental initiatives—all while maintaining the highest ethical standards of care. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based interventions
• Maintain clinical competency through continuing education
• Supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and eligible students
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Adhere to professional code of ethics and regulatory standards
• Serve a diverse caseload ranging from newborns to older adults

Qualifications Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• MPT or DPT required

Experience:

• No prior clinical experience required beyond education
• Must be proficient in all job functions within 3 months

Licensure & Certification:

• Maryland State PT license or temporary license pending exam/reciprocity
• Current BLS (CPR) certification

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy interventions
• Analytical skills to assess, plan, and adapt treatment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family education
