- Deliver engaging one-on-one speech therapy intervention targeting communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.
- Partner with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and families to create unified care strategies that prioritize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families, equipping them to reinforce progress beyond clinical interactions.
- Facilitate occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and treatments to maintain seamless care throughout the process.

Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Preferred candidate should possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be achieved within the first 30 days of employment.
