• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional targets

• Partner with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work intimately alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers valuable therapy techniques to facilitate sustained home progress
• Monitor Progress and Document Results: Keep track of clinical developments and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients remain on track

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or additional certifications are welcomed and encouraged

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
