Key Responsibilities: Facilitate communication and coordination between school administration, teachers, and the PTA. Support planning and execution of school events, fundraisers, and community programs. Assist in developing initiatives that encourage parent involvement and foster positive school culture. Provide guidance and resources to PTA members to maximize their impact. Maintain accurate records of PTA activities and support compliance with school policies. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience working with PTAs or similar parent-teacher organizations within K-12 schools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of school operations, community engagement strategies, and event coordination. Flexibility and professionalism within a contract-based role.
