Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Kansas City, KS, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding both a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and a state school license to fill a contract position for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional expertise Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Valid state licensure for school-based speech-language pathology practice Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseload independently and efficiently Location: Kansas City, KS
