Soliant Health is partnering with a supportive school district in Bennington, VT to hire a dedicated, full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of students while working in a collaborative educational environment. Position Details: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) Contract duration: Late August 2025 to mid-June 2026 Caseload: 50-60 students Assigned to either two elementary schools or one middle school , based on district needs Onsite position only Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs Deliver high-quality, research-based speech and language therapy Conduct and support Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis Collaborate regularly with school staff, outside agencies, and families Supervise paraprofessionals, as needed Maintain consistent communication with parents/guardians Qualifications: Must meet Vermont state licensure requirements for Speech-Language Pathology School-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Why Work with Soliant?
