Responsibilities include: Implementing individualized therapy plans developed by supervising Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) Assisting with student assessments and monitoring progress toward speech and language goals Preparing therapy materials and maintaining accurate documentation in support of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborating with educators, families, and therapy teams to foster student development Providing safe transportation to and from therapy sessions as needed Qualifications: Valid Washington State SLPA license Bachelor's degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences or Communication Disorders Experience working in educational or healthcare settings, preferably with children Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to learning Knowledge of articulation and language therapy techniques is advantageous This position is full-time preferred with part-time considered and runs from September 2, 2025, through June 12, 2026, Monday through Friday.
